I was having trouble with my 16 year old window not closing all the way and also not staying up at all. It was a Regency branded window that had been made by Harvey windows but Regency had gone out of business so I contacted Harvey customer service. ******* could not have been more helpful or responsive. She stayed on the phone with me for over a half hour trying to diagnose the problem and she concluded that I needed new balances. My experience with Harvey Building Products could not have been better. *************************** answered all phone calls and emails quickly, always provided helpful information, and reviewed my order carefully to be sure I got exactly what I wanted. She really understands the customer experience--a rare thing these days. She solved a small problem with weather stripping and everything else was exactly right. A stand-out experience!

I called to find out if my 16 yer old window was guaranteed against seal breakage and your rep was more than patient and helpful. She located my original order and confirmed that I was still under guarantee to replace the glass and how to go about having it installed. I couldn't have been more pleased with how I was treated. Maybe you folks should consider giving lessons to many other retailers out there on how to treat customers. I would certainly recommend Harvey products to anyone who asks me. Thanks.

After 17 years and thousands of openings and closings the wheels on my Harvey Windows patio door finally gave out. ******* in customer service worked with me to find my original order number and verified the warranty no questions asked. She sent me how to videos and the parts arrived a few days later. Fantastic! Way to go Harvey Windows and Doors!
We decided to replace some older Harvey window sashes and it couldnt have been easier. Quick response to our request both via email and phone.
We are going on our 4th year with the Harvey Tribute triple pane windows and all is fantastic.
