We needed to replace a side window and contacted Harvey. They had the measurements on hand and ordered it immediately. ****** was extremely helpful in finding our warranty info.I was able to remove the old window and place the new one in with a little bit of over the phone instruction.What could have been a difficult project turned into easy.Beccy
Excellent service department. A hinge broke on my bow window and I also I needed a new glass insert due to the window fogging. I sent an email to Harvey's ****************** and *************************** quickly responded stating we can ship you a replacement hinge and a new glass. I needed a replacement patio door. Years ago we had a custom window made by ***** Building Prod. Two of the side panels sashes eventually failed. I ordered new ones from *****. They eventually came but were fabricated wrong. I called customer service and spoke with ******. I sent a couple pictures as evidence. She fast tracked the new sashes. I now have the new, correct sashes. Great service.
Talked to ***************************. She was very helpful solving a problem with my sliding door screen. Harvey products seems to go buy the original manufacturing date. However, the original screen had been replaced with a newer model so the screen wheels were not the original. ****** was able to solve this problem very quickly. She gave excellent customer support. Great experience with Harvey. When I moved there were several broken window sashes. Called Harvey and someone answered the phone right away and it was no problem to replace the damaged sashes even though I was not the original purchaser. Replacements were mailed directly to my home and I only had to pay for shipping. There was an issue with one of them, but customer service was great and sent out a replacement. They were easy to install and look great. Big fan of Harvey windows and their excellent customer service.
****** was very helpful with my window sash replacement that was out of warranty. When I unboxed the replacement sash -glass only- it had a crack on one of its edges. I contacted ****** about the situation and she had another one sent to me quickly. Thanks very much!**********
