The food seemed rushed and did not have the same favor from previous visits. So we were somewhat disappointed the the food quality. But I will back again to give them another try.
The service was incredibly slow. We didn’t get our drinks until 30 minutes after we sat down and ordered. Bread took another 15 minutes. We had to remind the server to bring us a glass of tea after it never came. Three of the five tables around us that arrived after us paid their checks and left before we even got our entrees. The food was very good though. If we had a different server, our experience would have been much better.
Rude hostess and racist. Manager called to apologize for the hostess and offered a gift card to any of the other sister restaurants.
Service was awkward and horrible. Felt not welcomed and rushed out. Randall C was the server.
Group of six friends (2 from out of town) had brunch on outside patio and enjoyed food/ ambiance. All was great until the end when the host weirdly told us the next person was complaining about us not leaving. Seemed a little passive aggressive & tacky - so this crew will pick a different spot for our next brunch.
Service was amazing, ambience is great, food is the close to the same price as chops but it’s not even close. Don’t get the potato hay appetizer because it’s impossible to eat with a fork and that type of restaurant shouldn’t force finger food. Pork chop was good but nothing different than what I could have done at home for the $40. Needs a wasabi crust or something added to warrant the price. Oyster appetizer was good, drinks were good, overall it’s a good restaurant. Just overpriced for the quality
Compared to other restaurants in this price range I found it to be disappointing. I arrive about fifteen minutes early and was told I would have to wait a few minutes for a table, but there was no where to wait. After being seated, I ordered my steak medium, but they brought it medium-well. But our server Francisco was amazing
