Food was cold
Haven has a nice decor and is in a convenient location. The service is professional as well. However, during Sunday lunch with a friend, we strained to have a conversation because the music was too loud and inappropriate for dining. We both ordered the Cobb Salad, but neither of us were able to eat much of our salads. It looked unappetizing and some of the produce was not fresh. The brussel sprout and shrimp small plates were great! That's about where the greatness ended. The skillet cornbread was greasy and unflavorful. We had reservations but were place on the tented outdoor patio. Even though we were next to a heater, it was freezing. I never took off my coat. The hostess was totally unapologetic. When we arrived, the lot where valet is stationed was full, making it impossible to access valet. I used to love Haven. It was always dependable for excellent food and quality. I hadn’t been since before the pandemic and went with some friends Saturday night. The food quality went way downhill. Instead of the fresh tartare they always had, The appetizer options were all fried like bar food… the fish portions were really small, dried out and not flavorful at all. With all of the high quality fine dining options in Atlanta,I will not be going back to Haven for a while or at least until the food improves.
This place is hit or miss for brunch on the weekends. We usually get eggs Benedict, and this time the eggs were incredibly hard. Seems like when they get busy the food quality suffers dramatically. Overall it’s an OK place, but there are much better brunch locations in and around Atlanta.
Very loud. We had to speak very lousy to hear each other. The food was good but smaller portions than what I’d prefer to pay for $35 entree. All and all, it was fine. Probably not somewhere I’d come back to, however, just didn’t get my money’s worth.
Service was extremely poor I didn’t get credit right away and we were tired as my boyfriends a teacher that had a long week that food was good atmosphere Was great
Felt very rushed.
We sat outside and the flues were terrible. We have eaten outside several times snd never had this problem.
