First date Reservations at 7:15 Showed up on time and was told that it would be 30-45 minutes before they could seat us for our 7:15 reservation. DONT USE OPEN TABLE OR HAVEN!!! They do not honor their patrons reservations. I’ve been going to Haven for over 10 years. They have lost my business and I will no longer support restaurants who book reservations through Open Table. Neither respect their relationship or their customers enough to deserve your business.
The wait time was the same with a reservation as without. We left and were having dinner at another restaurant 45 minutes past our reservation when the hostess called to inform our table was ready. "Ambience" is not the correct term. It was very loud, hectic, and more like a club.
Food was mediocre. Service was decent - we had to follow up on one of our items. Good energy for drinks.
Had the BBQ shrimp for lunch as main entree. Seemed very skimpy on 2 pieces of sourdough. Was a very Small Plate! Our server Molly was excellent will ask for her next time.
Usually Haven is a 5 for us, but I guess they were super busy. The food and service wasn’t as good as usual.
I am VERY disappointed with the service I received this evening. Our server Randall C. was extremely rude and condescending. I would not expect this from this type of restaurant. It took an extended period of time for him to even acknowledge us. Once he finally came over to our table never once did he apologize for our wait (mind you we had to ask someone if we even had a server)…he actually walked away again to do something else before taking our drink order. We live nearby, and since moving to Atlanta a year ago have been here over a dozen times. The service has always been terrific, and the food is usually consistent. Tonite, however, the experience was not great. Our server was terrific, and the cocktails and appetizers were good. The issues started when we received our entrees. We had the grouper and the trout. Food was expensive for what you got. Burger was dry and tasteless.
Made reservations 10 days out, requested outside, not informed Thurs was "band" night. Parking lot closed at 6:15, no table available outside. Noise level inside made conversation impossible. Major disappointed as it was my birthday dinner. Will never go back, tho it was a favorite for several years.
