It is shocking how this place completely ignores safety protocols. I should have just left after arriving instead of staying and exposing myself to danger - but I didn't want to disrupt the others in my party. (In hindsight, a bad decision on my part). I requested a patio table, but now they've completely enclosed the patio for winter, which makes it no different than dinning indoors. Then, the tables are not even pretending to be six feet apart. If you're looking for a restaurant that is concerned about social distancing, this is not a good choice.
The server ignored us. Never checked on us. It took forever for the bread to come out after asking twice if it came out first. Horrible experience overall!

We love Haven as for the res of the Word of Mouth restaurants. However, our recent visit to Haven was just awful. Food was bad, service was crappy (we were the only one's sitting in the restaurant) and the overall experience was disappointing. There are too few options to dine out during the age of Covid so I'm wondering if it's worth opening if you're not going to embrace the fact that you're ACTUALLY open and do your best. It will be a while until we go back.
Bad service and we had the same experience last time dining at brunch. Waited 20 minutes after receiving our drinks with not one person checking on the table. Mussels finally arrived and they were great. We could have used more bread but no server ever appeared. Ordered Admirals Platter that literally featured more fried lemons than actual seafood. Everything went well with the exception of the reservation not being honored. I saw that you had outdoor dining available on Facebook so I scheduled a reservation for 7:00p and in the comments notated that we would like to be seated outdoors. When we arrived we were told that outdoor seating was first come first serve and that there was a 45 minute wait. Came early but the noise level was terrible. When our waiter finally approached us he did give us attention. At the end we asked to see a dessert menu even though he brought us our check. He never brought one so we paid and left. Very disappointed!!
