I think it was over priced and the customer service sucked. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I have been there once and will not go back.

Sincerely want to thank you for the information. Our rates are higher than bowling alleys..but we run great specials to help ease the cost. Sunday we have “Pizza & Bowl” where 4 people can bowl for 2 hours, get a large one topping pizza and a large pitcher of soda for just $42($10.50/person). There is no excuse for the bad customer service though..that’s inexcusable! We’re terribly sorry our staff was so inattentive. Your info will be shared with the management team and our Chief Operating Officer.
Looking at the old wooden Lanes was very nostalgic. I would like to try bowling on them but I'm sure they are greatly overpriced as was everything else. Almost $5 for a single bottle of Bud Light is ridiculous. Concerning the lanes, in order to reset a rack with dropped pins, and we had 2 on the lesser used VIP lanes, you have to use the touch screen computers. There are there are no reset buttons. The house shot has absolutely no oil outside the eight board. Anything you get outside comes ripping back across the lanes.

Mr Coate we're sorry to read your review. HeadPinz is a modern entertainment center..not an old school bowling alley. The computer system actually allow for more control at the lanes...once you get used to the new age set-up. Our beer prices (Bud Light-$3 happy hour/$4 regular price) is right inline with what other bars in the area charge. While we hope that there is something for all at HeadPinz, we realize it's not everyone's cup of tea. We tried to bowl but the wait was 2 hours on a Wednesday night. There was no one barely in there. Its by the hour so if someone reserves a lane for 7pm and you get there at 615 I guess you cant bowl. Bad communication by staff, they are just standing there talking among themselves. We considered trying the resturant but again no sign saying seat yourself and it took the lady a while to come up to us to say seat yourself. Been there once on Friday, last night and it could have been a fun evening for all age groups and those in my party, if not for one thing and one that made it a joy for leaving behind shortly thereafter. This DJ of sorts began with some very loud and some of the worst rap music, if you choose to call it that. My family and I went last night. We have been to multiple escape rooms and this by far was the worst. We were given clues that we already had found each time. The staff was rude and not helpful. Save your money and go to a different escape room.

It would have been a great experience had this place done what they said they were going to do. The lanes were a half an hour late being turned on. The tables that was supposed to be cleaned an set up for birthday was NOT. The food never came out on time. When it finally did come out it wasnt announced so the kids ate what did come out cold! EVERYTHING was poorly done. But in the end the kids had fun.
Place is great. The staff for the restaurant is awful. Every time we have come here, no one acknowledges you, food cones out cold. We eat before we go because it's horrible. Owners need to look into the service and food. Everything else here is great and we always have a good time. Take my advice and don't go to the restaurant tho. We are disappointed every time. We've tried 3 times now. I think that's enough chances. Won't be back to the restaurant for sure.

Ok. I guess.. first time there, I was exploring to see what all was there and I ended up in a private party. There was no sign ti let people know it was private so it made me feel uncomfortable. A simple sign would've made a huge difference. Just my Humble opinion.! Cheers!
