My daughter had fun. A bit pricey on the games for what they did, but not anything special compared to other arcades around. Bowling was a bit too much compared to other alley's. She just wanted to play in the arcade anyhow. We ate lunch, and this is where most of the bad rating comes from. We spent close to an hour and a half in the restaurant area. It sucked, half the arcade machines weren't working on Saturday. 6 lanes were shut down. Had to wait 2.5 hours to go bowling because of lanes shut down. We had a drink and left.
Waited 10 minutes to get service, after having to physically get the waitresses attention, not because she's a a bad server, but because the manager wants to come out, and physically point to tables that need cleaning, attention, etc. yet won't lend a single hand. This poor waitress is RUNNING across this establishment to do the best she can, while her manager is casually walking around not doing anything at all, then directs her to take over MORE tables. Had a great time we were there for my husbands work party. Great bartending staff. But food was absolutely awful!!!

Overpriced, poor service. Ordered pepperoni pizza got a cheese pizza and the waiter said it happens all the time. Basically a money pit/tourist trap kinda place
Customer service here is horrible. Waited 2 hours to bowl, paid $50 for 2 people to do so and had to go up to the desk 4 times with in the first 25 minutes of bowling because the lane kept messing up. When I asked for a refund or credit for another day so we could actually get a lane that worked the teenage manager behind the desk said all he could do was give us a voucher for 30 minutes because we did bowl some of the time. The food was terrible and the staff was even worse. They didn't wait on us for 20 minutes and when the food came out it was gross. We didn't bowl because it would've been too expensive for two people.
