The technicians who apply the product are always friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. The same is true of the staff who answer the phone should I have a question or need to reschedule. Our plants and lawn cover have been bug free and looking great since we began working with Hearts.
Carlos our tech was very attentive and professional. He is knowledgeable and was always on time and willing to answer questions we had. We are very satisfied with the results and will continue to use Hearts Pest Management for the maintenance treatments.
The guy is great however I can't tell you whether it worked or not because I need at least a week to see if the answer gone.

Always efficient and courteous
I have been a customer of Hearts Pest Management for over 10 years. They treat my house every month without fail. Recently, I noticed a smell in my garage. The technician came over within a day although this was not his regular service time. The smell was from a rat who had come into the garage when the weather was damp, cool and rainy. The technician was able to trap the rodent. And actually followed up on subsequent visits. I am extremely pleased with this company.
