I have been using Hearts for over a year now and I have found them to be reliable and effective. Their techs as well as office staff are all knowledgeable, accommodating and friendly. They took care of my pest problem, best of all in an organic eco-conscious way.

I've been using Hearts Pest Management for over 2 years now. They've always been reliable, friendly, and professional. I know it wasn't easy during covid with staff shortages, illnesses, and covid restrictions, but they never missed an appointment, even if it required them sending a technician from Orange County down to San Diego County. They also stand behind their work. If any issues arose between visits, they wouldn't hesitate in sending someone out for an interim service (luckily, this was rare in my case).

I like the organic options that are available with Hearts. Scott has given us excellent and thorough service at our home here in Vista. He is very pleasant, accommodating, and very good at what he does!

Found mice droppings in the house and called Hearts. An appointment was set up immediately. Ed showed up on time and was very professional. I would highly recommend this company!

We had problems with ants, spiders, and gophers. Jay from Hearts came out to our home today. He was extremely friendly, and professional. He came in and answered all of our questions, and did a fantastic job on a Friday night! We highly recommend Jay and Hearts Pest Management for there outstanding customer service, and attention to detail! Thanks again Jay!

After making 3-4 calls to get bees removed from an eave at my home without any luck, I was finally referred to HEARTS. David came out to my home and I explained the situation and said we may not see any insects, but assured him they were there. He was patient and told me that it was probably wasps, not bees. We finally found one, he identified them as "wood bees" and took care of the problem for me.
