Don’t schedule an appointment here if you ever want to be seen made an appointment for August and the doctor called in sick half an hour before. Rescheduled me for three weeks later and they called me two hours before to tell me the appointment was canceled. Wasted my time twice. Had to pay the caregiver extra for appointments that we never went too. Completely unacceptable.
Unprofessional and extremely disappointing. Charged me twice for the same visit, still no refund. Also, did not properly fit the Hearing Aids to my ears so now I’m 50 miles away from anyone who can help and my hearing aids are just sitting in the charger. I waited 10 months for this replacement pair of Hearing Aids.. All for nothing . . .
