The person who was going to do my hearing test was very rude. We got there 20 min before the appointment time and wasn’t see until 1:20. She spoke to me like I was stupid. I explained to her that I had hearing aids yrs ago and I know how they work. She then put me in the testing booth checked my ears and said I had a lot of wax in it and I should see a ent I told her I did and he cleaned out a lot of it and said I should be ok to get the aids and he would clean them again. Felt like I was at a used car sales lot except they were pushing hearing aids.
I ordered a replacement hearing aid for my mother over 2 weeks ago and it still isn't in. They told us they would have it within a week. I called several times to get an update but no one is ever there to answer the phone during the store hours. I finally got an answer last Thursday the girl told me they would call and check where it is and call us right back. STILL waiting on that return call. Guessing it was never really ordered. I do not recommend right from the first sentence out of our conversation. Not veteran friendly at all. they seem to think that the VA takes care if Veterans. Don't waste your time I'll just keep going deaf. thanks for nothing
