Mr. Muna Chongo is very professional and an OUTSTANDING salesman. The majority of the sale took place via email and phone calls without any pressure. He was able to quickly accommodate the Radiant Silver Nissan Altima 3.5 SR car that I was interested in within a few hours. Through his effort, I was able to save a whole lot of time and the stress associated with purchasing a new car. I started my new car search via internet. Mr. Sells answered my questions from the very beginning and gave me the information I asked for. Once we visited the Nissan showroom, Mr. Sells and Mr. Miller were very courteous, professional and weren't pushy. I have always had cars in the Infiniti/Nissan family and this car buying experience solidifies why I will stay within this family of vehicles. I was expecting to have temp tags on the vehicle, but instead drove off with real tags. Great time saver! Everyone I dealt with was polite and happy. It was a great experience.

What a great car buying experience. After going to a few other Nissan dealerships, it became very clear that Herb Gordon Nissan was a step above the rest. The quality of service was terrific. Contacted via internet. Did not pester me over the phone, like I asked. Received accurate information on specific vehicles, that were actually at the dealership when I came there to view. Entire car purchase took about 2.5 hours. A pleasant experience compared to other dealerships.

Salesperson was forthright with the sale price and was very courteous and professional. I established contact through the internet and the price quoted was the one I paid; no hidden fees and no surprises. It's been a wonderful buying experience and I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new NISSAN!!!
