My recent car buying experience at Herb Gordon Nissan was great! The dealership is immaculate and tidy from the showroom to the service area; the salespeople are friendly, informative, and helpful without being pushy; and I got to take the car for a good 20-30 minute test drive on all kinds of roads to really see how it performed. Overall, an extremely pleasant and low-stress buying experience. I highly recommend!

This was the first time I had ever bought a car on my own and being young I was very nervous about the whole process. As soon as I stepped foot at Herb Gordon Nissan I knew that this was the right place to go because everyone was so friendly and understanding of what I was looking for. Very Friendly. Good prices for what my family was looking for. We were in and out with no fuss. Did not feel like I was getting jerked around or had to make a decision right then and there. Got a good amount on my trade in. Has a wonderful service program. Has a customer for life.

I initially contacted Nissan last year and met Debbie Colt. We were unable to work a deal that fit my budget but she continued to stay in contact with me and the time came and the timing was perfect. My goal was to get into a vehicle that had better gas mileage and a more tolerable payment. Tough orders when funds are limited but. . . When talking to salesmen, you often get the feeling that you are just another potential commission. Not true with Muna. I initially contacted Herb Gordon for one of many quotes to see what sort of incentives we would be offered for the 2010 Altima (this after a couple months of disappointment in Toyota's recent troubles). The salesman and sales manager did not play games. I got straightforward information, a great price and was introduced to the service team. Though clearly motivated to sell me the car, I did not feel any pressure and they were in no way pushy. Perhaps the nicest touch was the way they walked me back the service area and introduced me to my service team. Even provided a method to schedule service on-line. I have never had a better experience buying a car!

I requested a quote via the internet. I received a call from Bill Salls at Herb Gordon Nissan, who gave me a tentative quote over the phone. I had received four other tentative quotes. I went to the dealership to meet with Bill and see the Nissan Altima. Bill was very professional and easy to work with. He answered all my questions and explained the various packages available. Let me start by saying I just picked up my second straight Nissan from Herb Gordon. I could not be more pleased.
