Our family has bought 6 new Nissans from Gus since 2003. We have never left unhappy. He is a top salesman, and always has the customer in mind. He helps you concentrate on the car you want before talking about money. He is not a high pressure salesman, and always is willing to give you time to make up your mind. Alan Albert was our main contact involved with the recent purchase of our 2010 Nissan Murano. He called after we requested information through the Nissan website. Within several weeks he found the car we wanted at a fair price. We bought a 2003 Murano from Herb Gordon Nissan. We have been very happy with that purchase and service at Herb Gordon so we were glad to be able deal with them again. After trying to purchase a particular vehicle that was at another dealership through three different Nissan dealers, all falling through at the last moment with changes in price, interest rate and even a different vehicle. My wife and I were using "date night" to look at a new vehicle. Craig and Heather worked well together. Justin (finance manager) tied everything off very efficiently. Initial Internet contact came with a reasonable response time. Touring their car lot, we were approached with courteous demeanor. Craig listened to our desires; presented dealer's selection; and explained the differences among models. They had more models on premises than were indicated on their website. Lucky for both parties. Their price was below other competitors' websites bottom line; therefore, no need to travel around. We traded in an old but reliable car, and we received a fair value. The people at this dealership do not try to sell you a vehicle, they attempt to help you buy one and that is a major distinction. I abhor car buying, but I would be buying my next and all future cars at Herb Gordon. The level of professionalism was unexpected and refreshing.
