This was my first new car and Debbie was so wonderful. I had done so much research and she gave me the best price and by far the best customer service. She took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions ( I had a million of them ). She even bought me dinner right there at the dealership because she knew I was hungry. The experience I had buying a new Altima Coupe from Debbie was one that all other dealers and salespeople should measure themselves by. Craig took the time to help me find the perfect car...where other dealers would not. He gave me straight forward pricing that was competitive. I worked with Debbie (sales) and Justin (finance) and they both went above and beyond the call of duty in helping my purchace my 2010 Altima (after my 2008 that I bought there got totalled by a deer). When you get great people to work with, you get a great dealership! These folks know how to do it right, from the first email to the last handshake and in this case a hug. I shopped for this vehicle primarily through the internet. Craig Monastero responded quickly to all of my requests. I was able to get a firm offer before I even showed up to the dealership. I was in contact with another Nissan dealer and asked if they could meet or beat the offer I received from Herb Gordon.
