I have never been so pleased with a car dealership. They did everything they could to help me pick out an affordable car that would be reliable to get me from the eastern shore and back. This is my second purchase at Herb Gordon Nissan and I have been very pleased each time. Walter is an excellent sales person. He listens and allows the customer to take their time in deciding. I did not feel pressured into buying a car. When I left with my new automobile, I was extremely happy and did not have any regrets. My experience purchasing my new Nissan Armada was just as pleasant as when I purchased my first truck from this dealership.
The service was great. Walter was very knowledgeable and very respectful or our wishes. He gave us the needed time to make our decisions. There was no haggling and the price was as good as we could have gotten through Costco and we were happy to be at a dealership closer to home.
Everyone at Herb Gordon mile one goes above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and informed about the Altima that I recently purchased. The waiting are was very nice, and the service center is even better. I can't say enough about the everyone I worked with, it certainly made my first car buying experience less stressful and enjoyable. Definetly the best dealership that I visited in the DC area.
I was looking for a Nissan Pathfinder. This was my third vehicle purchased from Herb Gordon Nissan. I would not go anywhere else. They are treat you really well. Take care of you. We had limited time to my girlfriend was recovering from breast cancer. And they took care of us. We said that we had 1 hour. And they gave us all the info that we needed and we were out the door in 1 hour. We made several trips, instead of one long trip. They did not mind and took great care of us.
I am very happy with my purchase at Nissan. Everyone was very knowledgable and willing to work with me. I felt confident in my purchase. I did not feel that I was being pushed into something I did not want. I love my new car and I am happy I gave Herb Gordan Nissan my business.
The entire team was extremely nice and helpful. They all made the buying process much easier. I started the buying process online and a sales rep responded right away. From then on, he answered all my questions and located the car I wanted. The team worked on my case until the financing was find and the deal was done. They were very easy to work with.
Walter was very friendly, He listened to us and our needs without interrupting. He showed us a few cars, and knew we were seeking a car with a tight budget. We didn't feel pressured to buy a car. I came into the dealership looking to potentially buy a 370Z but not sure yet of the options available and issues noted in various online reviews (e.g., rear visibility, hard to read fuel gauge, etc).
