After going to other Nissan dealerships and dealing with the typical strategies they use to make a sale, I was very happy with my experience here. I negotiated the price of my '09 Altima over the phone in about 10 minutes. There were no hidden fees tacked on when I came in to buy it. Although I knew what make and model I wanted this was a really easy experience. Muna was extremely helpful and answered all questions I had (even answered some I hadn't thought of). Justin as well was very helpful with the paperwork along with new tags & registration. I would recommend these two very highly for the efficient & friendly manner they got me into my new vehicle (Charlie as well was great to get me a loaner to help speed up the process). We loved working with Alan Albert to purchase the car. No pressure salesman that's to the point and down to business. However, we had some issues that were related to the Lojack installation that we purchased when we bought the car. They failed to provide us with the necessary infomation to register the car. It took several calls to the dealership and two business days before we got what we needed.
