My wife and I came in with our one year old son, looking to purchase a new car. We were greeted warmly, and did not wait long at all before Walter came out and introduced himself. We went over our expectations, and what we were hoping to leave with. Walter was very upfront with us, and met all our questions with concise answers. There was no pressure. We told them what we wanted. They found a truck that fit the description, had it brought to the show room. We told them what we could pay and they accepted our situation without trying to squeeze a higher price. Good, solid [not fancy] professionals.

This was one of the best car buying experiences I’ve had. I started by building the vehicle I wanted (Rouge SL) on the Nissan web site and submitted it for a quote from several dealers. Herb Gordon was the first to respond back, specifically Muna Chongo. I then went to Herb Gordon and spoke with Muna and took a test drive (what a great personable guy to work with…..lots of fun conversation). I would only recommend this dealership to someone with excellent credit. Customers with great credit and a large down payment tended to get more positive attention and focus from the sales and finance department. The sales manager Larry Signor was very professional and returned my phone calls.

I searched on the internet for the best price. I ended up working with Bill after talking the the internet sales Manager Kevin. Everyone was very up front honest and pleasent. In fact Kevin urged me to take his car and go to a competitor to compare side by side. Needless to say i did and Kevin was right the Nissan won out. Bill worked with me every step of the way and made the process easy. Thanks!

After I submitted an email about a Nissan Z car to Herb Gordon and other dealerships, Debbie called me, didn't have just what I needed (new used black Z), but soon called me back when one came onto the lot. She invited me to come at a time convenient to me, which was Friday night. She was right there, gave me a friendly greeting, showed me the Z cars she had, and drove with me to compare two of the cars. I would suggest possibly having a sign for customers letting them know that employees do not come out and hassle you because my first impression was bad customer service. Other than that, I had a wonderful experience with Herb Gordan Nissan. They really help me get the car that I wanted for a price that I was comfortable with. Very friendly staff and location was great.

We just purchased a new Nissan altima for my Mother. The Herb Gordon Nissan team provided "hands down" the most pleasant car buying experience we have ever had (and we have had many over the past 30+ years). We usually dread the 'process' of going to a dealer to purchase a car. We did much of the communication by email and phone prior to going out to sign papers for the purchase.
