I would recommend anybody who are looking for a new car or trade at Dealership. I was so impress with thier service . They will to work with me and explained to me everything. I made a right descision to pick this place. They will show you around service department and show these car whats update of features in the car. They are friendly. I just say Wow the dealership is a champ better than other dealershp ever I went.

This was my first vehicle purchase in over 10 years. I did not wish to be bothered by the usual dealership nonsense I often heard about. Therefore I handled most of my research online. We used Auto Trader to find the vehicle we wanted at several dealers. After a huge disappointment over a misleading pricelisting at a dealer in Belair, we headed an hour south to Mile One Herb Gordon Nissan after I contacted them to verify price accuracy from Auto Trader. We had a great car buying experience at MileOne Herb Gordon Nissan. I did extensive research online for a 2010 Nissan Rogue for my wife. I contacted the Internet Sales Teams at several area Nissan dealers and the quote from Herb Gordon was the both the lowest and the most complete. What I mean by complete is that the quotes I received were for specific vehicles, not just a generic quote for a vehicle with the options that I selected. This was by far the best dealership I've ever dealt with. I visited 4 other car dealerships during this buying experience and wish Herb Gordon had been the first--I would have saved a lot of time and anguish. I purchased a new Nissan Altima. We had a "pre-approval" letter from our bank but Walter and the team were able to get a much better deal for us. He worked very hard to make sure we got the best deal possible and we love our new Xterra! I would highly recommend MileOne Herb Gordon Nissan and Walter to anyone looking to buy a new car.

Excellent experiance - Excellent service! Walter diffenitly went the "extra mile" to help me with my vehicle purchase. I was extremely upset with other dealerships I went prior to my visit at Mile One. This was by far one of the best new vehicle purchasing experiences in my 30 years of buying cars. Some dealerships promise no haggle pricing but fail to live up to the promise. I can say this was not the case with Herb Gordon Nissan. They delivered on the promise with their very first offer. The fact was we were unable to find a better offer within a three state area. I first spoke to Larry on the phone about buying a new car and off the bat he seemed really helpful and nice. He helped me to get the best price for my car as well as helped me locate the car I wanted. When I got down to Herb Gordon Nissan I was not surprised to find a very helpful sales team as well as a very nice facility. The transaction went as smooth as I could have imagined. I definitely would give this dealership an A+ all around!
