Everyone there went out of their way to make me feel welcome. They were not too pushy and we were able to negotiate on some levels. I found the car I wanted at a great price and they walked me through the process of trading my car in, transferring the insurance and making a clean break with my car loan provider. i came here because darcars nissan in college park, md did not help me at all,and found out on my own that herb gordon nissan had my part i needed. went there on 10/28/2010 and was very pleased with the service i rec'd and how fast and professional they were furthermore i received great customer service there unlike in college park nissan. i live very close to darcars nissan in college park however would never go back and even though herb gordon is a little further and a little more expensive i would rather deal with them ba... read more

This review is for the second vehicle we have purchased from this dealership in the past few years. The sales support from all concerned was excellent. The vehicle of interest was not in their inventory so they had the exact model brought in from PA for inspection without any commitment to purchase on our part. Experience with the Service Department for our first vehicle purchase has been very good as well.

I enjoyed the no hassle experience that the salesman Alan Albert provided. He was patient close to 30 days and was ready to move when I was ready. I did not feel pressed. I love the color of my car it is a 2009 Nissan Altima Tuscany Red 2.5 S. My Wife Loves the car. I am content with my choice and my experience. Although I spoke to other dealerships not so memorable. Herb Gordon seemed to want my business, and further Herb Gordon had the selection, the price and great quality automobile I could live with.

Ever since I've purchased my vehicles from Herb Gordon Nissan they have been forever helpful, these guy treat you so well they make you afraid to go anywhere else for service or to buy a car. I love George and his team of professionals for their professionalism, their sincere attitude and caring nature. If you think that you are in good hands with Allstate you haven't been to Herb Gordon Nissan. Keep up the good work guys, you've got something good going there especially in these trying times.

From the moment I drove up to this dealership and was warmly welcomed into the dealership by Mr. Jordan Jenkins I knew I was in the right place. I explained I had already perused their website and knew what vehicles I wanted to see. So Mr. Jenkins quickly arranged for my test drives of two 2007 Nissan Murano's. Unfortunately the vehicles didn't have all the amenities I was looking for in my next vehicle. We have owned 3 Nissans & have had all work done at Mile One. They know us, work with us & we have never had a problem with scheduling service or coming in for an emergency. Great people, good service!! Just last week we had a low tire and were able to bring it in without calling and they took care of it immediately. I have used local gas stations in the past with cars and trucks but since buying my Murano in 2003 I have stayed with Herb Gordon and so has my fiancee. We could not be happier with them.
