Fantastic purchase experience! We put out for quotes for a 2010 Altima, for a 100 radius. Herb Gordon quote was far less then anyone else. My wife and I made the 70 mile trip from PA. There were no strings attached, we bought our Altima for the price quoted, plus, taxes, tags and delivery fee. The three men I dealt with were very straightforward and didn't try to pressure me into purchasing the car. They worked with my situation. I'm very happy! Harvey, Ramesh, and Mark are the BEST!!!!

I just purchased a 2011 Murano LE from Herb Gordon Nissan and I must say that it was the best experience that I have ever had in purchasing a vehicle. I negotiated the price through the Consumer Reports ZAG service. Three dealers responded to the request. Herb Gordon was hundreds of dollars below the other 2 dealers. I spoke with Alan Albert and Kevin Yi over the phone and negotiated the entire package including possible trade-in on my 2003 Murano that had 150K on it. My entire experience at Herb Gordon Nissan was pleasant and straightforward. I found the staff to be professional, direct, truthful, courteous, and accommodating. I never felt pressured and our negotiations were honest and direct. Frankly I have never encountered a dealership that was so forthright and transparent in what they had put into a used vehicle. No hidden charges or surprises -- highly recommended!

I called the Herb Gordon Nissan dealership 3 days ago in search of a Frontier pick-up truck. I spoke with Alan Albert, who indicated that they only had a few on the lot, which is a situation I found not uncommon with a lot of local small truck dealers. After asking me what I was looking for, he had located my ideal vehicle within minutes. Serviced my GTR there. Great service thus far. Prompt and attentive to my needs and time constraints. Trust my car with them. Joe Sponseller, the master technician, is very skilled and knowledgeable regarding my car and maintenance. No problems thus far. Just wish the dealership was a little closer to my house.

I had a pleasant experience shopping for a new car with Herb Gordan. Jordan was excellent helping me with the entire process. I'm very picky and it takes me awhile to make a final decision, but he was very patient with me. We did the car search via internet and most of the correspondence was by email which is what I prefer. I would recommend them if you are in the market for a new or pre-owned car.

We enjoyed out experience at Mile One Herb Gordon Nissan. Noah was a friendly, knowledgeale salesperson who put at ease from the start. We never felt pressured or uncomfortable dealing with him or the finance manager, Mark(?). If the service experience is as good as the buying experience, they will have a dedicated customer.

We visited several dealerships and this was by far our best experience. The prices were excellent. Our salesman was excellent - never pushed us to make a decision or put pressure on us. He was great. Hope the services turns out to be as positive as was the sales experience.
