I was a little hesitant about the whole new car shopping thing when I first started looking around for a new Nissan Altima. George was very helpful and went out of his way to get me a loaner car when the part took longer than expected to arrive. I also expected the repair to cost more. It was an electrical problem that other repairmen could not diagnosd. He kept me posted in a very friendly manner.
I was searching the internet for a used Kia Sedona. I found three candidates at Herb Gordon Nissan. I actually drove over 200 miles to meet with Alan Albert, their internet sales manager, and I could not have been happier. They gave me a fair price on my trade vehicle, and a great deal on the 2009 Kia Sedona. Searching the internet for a vehicle was worth the time and effort. Alan answered my questions and was very accommodating. I would certainly recommend this dealership and this salesman.
I went through so many internet sites to find exactly what I was looking for (2010 Nissan Murano SL AWD in Platinum Graphite) and everyone was very helpful but my salesman from Herb Gordon Jamie really was so personable on the phone and I really started believing that he was not trying to "get one over on me". I bought a new Nissan Rogue from Herb Gordon Nissan on November 5 and the whole experience could not have been better. There was excellent communication via e-mail with the salesperson Muna before I visited, which made everything go smoothly and quickly once I got to the dealership. Everyone at Dealership was pleasant and friendly from the receptionist to the gentleman who preped the truck. The gentleman in finance was an extremely big help and got things done quickly and professionally. I enjoyed talking and working with Jamie. All in all it was an enjoyable experience and not a drudgery as most trips to the car dealership are.
Jamie Shupe is an awesome sales person. we enjoy our new ride, and I am recommending him to my friend, who is looking to buy a car as well. The only feedback we would have is that the description of the car said keyless entry, but no remote was available, it is missleading if you descrbe the car as keyless entry but do not provide the tools, but this is very very minor compared to the superb customer service we received.
