After looking at another local dealership and being treated as "just another customer," walking into Herb Gordon Nissan and working with Debi was a dream! She was very upbeat and friendly and we felt she cared about us and our needs. The staff we met was helpful and respectful of our time and our two obnoxious toddlers. I had an amazing experience dealing with Mile One Herb Gordon. I was on my way home just for the weekend and really was concerned about some of the noises my car was making along with a couple recalls I had to go in for. I called late on a Thursday afternoon and I was able to be scheduled for early Friday morning. Joe was very helpful from the very beginning. I was buying my first new car and didn't know a lot about the process and he helped me through each step. Joe had the three cars lined up to test drive that I was interested in and was knowledgeable about each one.
