Jordan worked very hard to make sure that I was satisfied with the price for the car. As we worked towards a price there was never any pressure to settle on a specific price even after I let him know I had a trade in. After haggling over pricing with the local dealerships for the best price on our third car for commuting, we decided to search the internet. I took my wife car for the 30000 miles service without having an appointment last weekend. George, the service manager on duty, kindly accepted my car and explained to me step by step what is involved in the 30000 miles service. We discussed both the manufacturer suggested service and the special service offered by his dealership. It seems to me, following that conversation that the service offered by Herb Gordon was much complete and better. Walter was very friendly and accommodating. The car was ready when he said it would be and he made the whole process easy. Showed me around service, who I should contact and how the process worked. I was very impressed with the people I meet and another nice thing was the fact that they let me make the decisions instead of trying to make it for me, which many dealers try to do. Overall I was very pleased!

Knew exactly what I wanted- searched the web for best price. This deal was way out in front. Expected some wear and tear for the price. Car was cherry. Transaction was up front- no baloney. Great car, great deal, great dealer, great experience. Next car I'm calling them first.
