"Beware of the finance department" Great sales, selection, and feel. Clearly satisfied with the initial buying process, car is great. Finance is a joke and is holding $7500 in unprocessed cancellations of products I didn't need that were oversold to me. They must sign off and have not done so in the 6 weeks since the cancellation paperwork was returned to them per their request. I followed the process given to me and it's disheartening how I've been treated. Would not finance through them again.

"Worstest service ever" After going threw all the paperwork my car was suppose done from detailing ,over an hour later and asking 3 people what is going on with my car I got it undetailed .I go to sit in the car and the TBM light is on now I have to wait for them to check tires .I am driving home and when braking I get a thumping noise a shake in steering wheel .I notify the salesman and I bring the car back the next morning when I am told car needs brakes and rotors and bring the car back on Tuesday which is 3 days later . ... read more

"Torn about this experience" There were some good things about out experience. Mostly in the finance dept. If it weren't for Crista, I don't think we would have left with a car. Although the "manager" of the store, "couldn't" give us any more than $3k for my trade in (supposedly) - she was able to get us twice what he offered. I praise her still for that. "No follow through" I went there on a Saturday and here it is Wednesday and no one has called back. At lease give a call back for an answer either way!! Then he’s asking me for 20% down like I’m an idiot. What does he think this is a house, a second mortgage!!! Dummy!!!!

"Sales man it’s the best but service it’s the worst " One week later I go to the dealer to warranty job that they charge me the axel and fix a leak on the roof and the paint me al the interior with paint and the manager don’t do anything for the complain..... I’m still waiting for the manager almost a week and the gasoline they returned empty when I drop off full.....

"I felt baited and switched" Saturday, I found a perfect car for me and my budget. I scheduled a test drive on Sunday, with a strong intent to buy. The car was sold before I got there. Looked through other cars on the computer with the salesman. 8 cars: all gone! Went to the lot and looked at the physical cars. Either total crap or way above my spending limit. "My bad experience" We were visiting the dealer on Saturday, April 20 as the request was made late the person who was attending asked us to return the next day, while the application was being made we made a review like this to make sure we did it. "Good for the first half-" First went to check out car Friday, was told it was available and ready to be seen then after an hour drive getting there was told it was in service and couldn’t be shown. Went back Monday to check our car. We arrived at 6pm, knew the car we wanted has stock number ready, test drove and finalized pricing all within an hour- they took a whole appraising trade in as well. "Shady Company" Had a thousand dollar deposit down on a vehicle. Waited around 2 weeks keep in mind to get the vehicle because it was in maintenance and routine vehicle inspection (red flag). Come to find out my sales rep, who was great by the way the whole way through, told me the company sold the vehicle out from under me. I won't mention his name because I'm afraid he will get in trouble and recommended that I complain to the department. I've had a full check waiting since day one for the vehicle.
