Get directionsGuy came out twice, had me call an air guy only to have him called back out again. And then gave me the run around about the follow up for my service. Not very professional. I would recommend, if you're not finding them through your home insurance- to go with other higher rated companies on here. I really dreaded the lack of expertise I got with the company and the run around I got. Being honest and upfront is of upmost importance.
Assigned by HSA Warranty. They were all very nice but they came out 5 times and were unable to repair my water heater and then gave me a high quote of the cost of the "free" warranty replacement (to get up to code etc). Had a different company do the upgrades for much cheaper and had HSA do the replacement which went fine.
The only good thing I can say about this company is that the lady on the phone is sweet and seems understanding and willing to help. Of course, that's her job...but she doesn't give attitude. With that having been said, I can't say if she even gives her superior(s) my messages or badmouths me if she does. I just know that they are not the promptest company on earth. That includes getting with you for a service call or showing up for the job. I've had the service men act condescending and interrupt me when I try to say s... read more
We had sewage spill with fecal water damage in our home where we had a small child. Wewere told that no one from priority plumbing would be able to assist us for 48 hours. We called another company who came out the same evening.
Gee, of all the negative reviews here, and there are a lot, why are you responding to me? It wouldn't have anything to do with the fact I disputed the $75 credit card charge, right? Your constant badgering of me to "get resolution" and "do the right thing" seem to correlate with the CC dispute. Yes, you have a picture, we did talk and Darin was here for an hour. Your picture is blurry and shows nothing. You were essentially belittling me in our conversation while telling me I was wrong. And Darin spent a good bit of his ... read more
Business response:
We have spoken to this homeowner and have pictures of the issue. Darin is a great technician and was there over an hour.
I am very disappointed that my warranty company would even use this company. I had a service call and without even taking a look at the entire issue Eric (the name that appears on his shirt-I assume that is his name as he never introduce himself to me), told me that my warranty company will not cover the repair. He then requested that I pay him the $100.00 service fee so he can call in to speak with authorization to let them know what going on. Eric went outside and lied to the 2-10. I later received a call telling me t... read more
Don't use them!!! I got assigned them from AHS. Not only does he clearly not want to work, but said we had to get it remediated first. We did so. Now I can't get my ceiling fixed because he didn't make the "access" hole. Sure, he would have had to cut the same hole to fix the leak but he didn't do it. Just lazy. Especially since it wasn't even Mold!!! NEVER AGAIN. So I hope both AHS and High Priority sees this. AHS is also loosing a customer. STAY AWAY!!!
My expensive home warranty company (AHS) assigned Derek from HIGH PRIORITY PLUMBING & SERVICES INC to fix a simple copper pipe issue. He arrived 1.5 hours late, very disrespectful attitude to both myself and my wife, and proceeded to find ways to not work on the job. He only stayed inside 2 minutes then sat in his truck for 30 minutes with AHS to get out of the job. Derek came back in and proceeded to tell me my claim was denied, and I needed to talk to the home warranty. Zero effort to diagnose the problem and apparent ... read more
Issued a plumbing request under our home warranty through American Home Shield. The plumber showed up 3 hours late and did not hesitate to take our initial $75.00 deposit he than proceeded to quote us $450.00 for the repair which he indicated was not covered. The plumber stated "Plumbing issues are never covered under the home warranty". I found this to be a bit odd as plumbing is part of a home and is listed as a warranty item in our contract. Ultimately, it was clear the plumber was out there to collect the $75 and be... read more
