Will scam you and your insurance company! Beware, very unprofessional, dismissive, unhelpful, rude, arrogant, messy, wouldn't finish the job that was agreed to be done but still took full payment and then left. Horrible company.

We were assigned this one star plumber based on a request through AHS. We had a main pipe clogged. When the plumber arrived, he confirmed the line was clogged and that it wasn't covered under AHS. After showing him the contract that it was, he still claimed that he couldn't do the work because there was no cleanout or access point. After showing him the access point, he still wouldn't do the work without us signing a waiver if sewage spilled. I called High Priority Plumbing for service on my water heater. Although the gentlemen that came was extremely polite. He failed to remedy the problem. I would not recommend this company to anyone. The repair lasted 2 weeks. $800 for 2 weeks, I trusted them and they let me down big time. I called a reliable plumber that installed a new water heater and gave a honest assessment of the issue. My warranty company sent High Priority Plumbing to my home to pump my septic tank. High priority sent out a nice young man to do the work, but I find out later that he has only been working there for a month. I've had my tank pumped twice and they took the time to find the tank and only dug in one spot. This particular company employee dug up my flowers and shrubs trying to locate my tank. Not a fan. Have used them multiple times and need to request experienced plumbers bc the ones without experience will offer to cut holes into your ceiling without actually understanding the issue. If you request a specific person, they will send someone else in their place without informing you. Second time, they ordered the wrong part. This time they changed their policy to waive their fee for prior customers. They recommended a water damage mitigation company that turned out to be a litigation company to me. Three years after their service I'm going to trial with said company. I hope the referral fee they got was worth it though. Too bad because their service was fine, as was their plumber. However I hope in the future they vet the people they recommend.

High Priority Plumbing came to one of my homes and charged me $700 to repair a plumbing issue. Two days later I had to call them back as the problem was not remedied. One of their other technicians came out and addressed the issue that was not done correctly the first time. Disappointed in the timeliness of services being provided by High Priority Plumbing. I reported a leak in my unit last week and here we are over a week later and I'm still waiting for someone to fix the issue. AVOID - AVOID - AVOID Winner of the WORST contractor AWARD! High Priority Plumbing (HPP) is THE WORST kind of contractor....the kind that warranties their work but FAILS to correct, MISLEADS their customers so they can EVADE taking responsibility for their IMPROPER work.
