I recently used High Priority based on my insurance company's recommendation and the service was inadequate. When the technician saw the missing stopper, he asked if I had ever had one. I stated yes and that the stopper broke off from the plumbing and I threw it away. I was not able to use the insurance due to the technician indicating that I had a missing stopper top. This company charged my insurance company/me $9000 to put fans in my home to dry out rooms and for asbestos testing. I wish that I had gone to Walmart to purchase fans to do this myself. I could have saved my insurance company some money.
Jennifer was extremely RUDE. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL, condescending. It has taken over two weeks to get our water heater fixed. She was not helpful in finding a solution to this problem.

Came out for a clogged pipe, snaked the drain unsuccessfully and took off with the $100 service claiming my warranty company would refund it. Little did I know is that the service fee went directly to the plumbing company and cannot be refunded becuase the payment isn't to the warranty company (like a copayment situation). i had the worst experience ever with a plumber--TWICE. my home warranty company uses them but i will go far, far out of my way for the rest of my life to avoid this terrible company. hired, paid, and didn't fix the problem--and wouldn't even return to the house for what they had been paid to do.

I would give them zero stars if I could. They replaced a Sewer Ejector pump in my house in September for a basement bathroom that gets used rarely. I flushed that toilet this morning for maybe the 10th time since they did the work and surprise my utility room is flooded with sewage water because they didn't fix it correctly. I called them to come correct the work and they refused saying it was past 30 days. Bad quality work Bad customer service Run, don't walk away from them.
This is literally some of the worst contractor service I've ever experienced. I consistently had to deal with someone I can only assume was being trained, and his boss was not much help. I had a leak, and they not only replaced the pipe INCORRECTLY, but now a week later the ground directly where they were working is completely saturated, and it smells like sewage. Do not use high Priority Plumbing Service for your plumbing needs. They were sent by American Home Shield (who also is terrible) to do a simple kitchen sink stoppage. As always with AHS technicians they want more money than the service fee. He did not try to fix the problem, just quoted more money before he can get started. The next day I had another plumbing company come in run the snake and in 15 minutes the job was completed without a problem. These money hungry companies are ridiculous.
DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBING SERVICE. They were sent out by our home warranty company to check a leaky shower. The shower is now broken! The plumber told me the problem was fixed but when I checked the shower later, it would not even turn on. High Priority took no responsibility for it. Had to get another plumber out. Shower works but is still broken. Will eventually have to replace it. Terrible service. I rarely leave reviews but do not want to see another homeowner get ripped off. Avoid this plumber!!!!
