This company Obviously does not know parking on of there techs blocked off the drive way to my business for 30 min! just figured they would park across my parking entrance and sit there while they figured out where they were going! i wont be calling them any time soon!

High Priority was called out by our home warranty company for a blockage we were having. They came for the initial inspection and determined that they needed to run a camera on our exterior sewer line, but in order to that, they would need to install an exterior cleanout because they claimed our home warranty would not cover running a camera from a toilet internally. I had a bad experience with High Priority Plumbing. This company was appointed by ASH. First visit they came out and quickly said that there was no leak in pipes and that the washing machine was the one leaking. The technician was rude and condescending to our nanny because she didn't speak English. Making her feel bad due to the language barrier. Technician was quick to close the claim and moved on. Horrible - will try to RIP you off. Do not use. They were recommended through my home warranty company, after coming to the house the plumber they assigned told me that the plumbing under my house was done completely wrong and would need to be redone and brought to code. They were only out for a plumbing leak. I had another plumber come out from Angie's list and was quoted $485 to fix the leak that High Priority Plumbing was recommended for. I will be filing a compliant with the BBB.

Our company was dispatched to this property via the customer's home warranty. The work order included multiple leaks and drainage issues in the home. The customer's hall bathroom tub was leaking into the crawl space. When our technician went into the crawl space to make his diagnosis, he discovered the majority of the piping was not up to code. I do not recommend this company. My home warranty company used them to check out a malfunctioning hot water heater. High Priority told my home warranty company that the tenant said the water pipe going into the hot water heater had been leaking a long time. I questioned the tenant, and he said he told the tech no such thing. The tenant also stated that the first guy who came out was talking so crazy that he asked for another tech. Someone from High Priority was sent out by my home warranty company to fix two of my toilets; one was not running at all and one was running consistently. The plumber told me that the one that wasn't running at all had a clog and in order to fix it they would need to reset my toilet and since the inside of my tank had a hairline fracture he would have to replace my whole toilet which would cost me almost $400 out of pocket. All I can saw is wow! I called because we have a leaking pipe in our basement in the new house we just moved into. We have a homeowners warranty and the guy basically told me to get in line behind 20 other people that have already called and then hung up on me without taking any information. I guess they are too busy for a leaking pipe in a basement and it's not a High Priority. What a jerk!

High Priority Plumbing was sent out to repair a leaking toilet through AHS. Chris showed up and explained that we needed to reset the toilets and rebuild them. He changed the flushing mechanism and then left after pouring toilet water all over my floor because his bucket was broken. After following up today, turns out he told AHS that our issues were because of our septic system, thus, making the repairs NOT covered by AHS and an additional $300 out of pocket if I want him to come back out. Avoid this company like the plague. They replaced a water heater for me under my home warranty plan. The unit they replaced it with, according to reviews, is prone to problems and Lowe's has confirmed that they no longer carry this brand because of the high number of problems. After the install and after reading the bad reviews I called the home warranty company to find out why this brand was chosen.
