Get directionsThis company is extremely unprofessional. It took them 3 days to come out to address our plumbing problem and when the technician arrived, he was not only unable to fix the problem for which he was called due to lack of materials on this (large) van, but also he left abruptly denouncing his 3 other appointments that followed after mine. "Sometimes we fix the problem, sometimes we don't" when I asked if problems are fixed on the first call. During our three day waiting period before he could come out, another plumbing issue ... read more

We cannot confirm who this customer is based on their Yelp name and info provided. We reached out to this customer in a private message asking for the property address and date of the appointment so we could look into this, and they did not provide it. We cannot confirm these allegations and hope that you won't consider them when choosing High Priority for your plumbing needs.
The technician misdiagnosed the location of a leak that flooded my basement to my warranty company, causing them to deny coverage. When I discovered the true location of the leak, he refused to admit his mistake even after being shown a picture of it. He was rude and hung up me as I tried to explain this. I had to hire another plumber who came out and easily fixed the issue. I now have to fight for reimbursement from the warranty company. I would never recommend this kind of person to do any work of any kind in a person's ho... read more

This homeowner had a leak outside his home for which the warranty company would not cover. When the technician went back to the home the homeowner had pushed the pipe in to the garage area, we believe, in hopes that the warranty company would then cover due to the leak being "inside his home". Please do not consider these claims when choosing High Priority for your plumbing needs.
7 phone calls later, arguing with customer service representatives on times they committed to but had scheduled service for two days later. The process started off well with getting an appointment. It was the follow up and follow through that was non existent. This company was assigned through American Home Shield, my home warranty company. I was so aggravated with this entire experience that I am seriously considering canceling my AHS home warranty policy. Rest assured, my first and last time using this plumbing compa... read more

3 encounters with this company, 2 different techs, same results: laziness, incompetence, doesn't want to do any work, just wants to collect service fees from the warranty company. "Christopher" in particular, is especially dishonest and incompetent. He declared a hot water heater "not up to code" from all the way across the basement without even doing due diligence, which would have shown it was indeed up to code. He also had the audacity to tell me he had no tools on him except a pair of channel lock pliers in his giant plu... read more
Darrin was rude from the start. Walked in and immediately said the warranty company wouldn't cover it, but he could do it for $189. After reading other Yelp reviews, I think that's pretty typical for this company. They tell you insurance won't cover it and they charge you individually on top of the $75 you pay for the service charge. Don't use this company.
Arrived. Looked at the toilet. Sat in his truck for 20 minutes on the phone. Came in and told me our toilet wasn't covered by the warranty that covers toilets. Apparently he described our broken toilet as a 'pre-existing' condition to the home warranty people even though it clearly broke last week. I think he was just lazy. When you talk to the home warranty people ask for a different company.
The name is very ironic. I had to hound them for weeks to get an appointment through American Home Shield. Then they no-showed, and didn't show the courtesy to even call. Very disappointing. I would recommend another plumber. Anyone else but these guys.
Will never recommend this company. My home warranty provided a Contractor from this company to fix somethings in my home. The contractor came in, lied that he will call his supervisor to verify coverage. When asked why he needed to verify, he became angry and threatening to me and my kids. What a lie!!! coverage is verified prior to coming. He went to his truck and never came back. My warranty company later told me he provided false info about "preexisting condition" We have recorded video footage that the contractor did n... read more
High priority sent out by my warranty company. Hot water tank broken and leaking water. Stated he would have to update some items as they were out of code. I spoke with the county Development Department concerning the codes Per the county not a single item was out of code. High priority wanted to charge $575 to replace $50 worth of parts. They are using the warranty companies to get rich and the warranty companies are allowing it.
