The hotel is in Manhattan, very well positioned, close to Central Park and Rockefeller Center, among others. The problem was the cleanliness of the room. For several days they did not clean it, they did not make the beds, they did not even change the towels... we reported this situation at reception, but they only cleaned it the next day...
Personal belongings were stolen from the room The rooms are okay. Be very careful about your personal belongings. Items were stolen by housekeeping and the hotel did nothing about it! Their response was at least items in the safe weren't taken! Take pictures of personal belongings when you leave the room so you have a record. Terrible customer service.
