I accidentally booked this property on the wrong day, neither Expedia or the hotel would let me correct it or refund my money. They took a free $500 usd from me.
Está bien situado, porque la calle donde está no tiene demasiado tráfico, por lo que por la noche es bastante silenciosa. Por lo demás, el servicio en la habitación deja mucho que desear. I will never stay here again. My first time was great , this second time was the worst . Check in 3pm didn’t get room till 4pm, elevator broke and we on 28th floor and they don’t care and don’t post sign it’s broke they let people just keep getting stuck on it. I called for clean towels it took forever and they came to door to walk in bathroom to check like we was stealing towels and we was staying 4 days. I’ve never experienced this before. I will never stay here again. Walking in and out smelled so bad too .
Room smells was so bad and room service didn’t cleaned the room for two days. Carpet was so dirty and light in bath room has problem. The pillows wasn’t comfortable at all .
Only two elevators and one was broken. Room was so small you could walk between bed and desk. Not staying there again.
