Had to wait a bit longer! We were tired but got to check in around 5 pm. Had to wait almost 1 hour.
I was mostly disappointed with the fact that the check in time is 3pm but i got my room at 4pm even though i had requested an early check in.
No tenían la habitación en el sistema cuando llegue al front desk, luego nos dieron una habitación sucia la señorita que nos atendió pésima enojada y con caras. No recomiendo este hotel y caro muy caro
When we arrived in our room the TV did not work (I had to ask twice to get someone to come up and fix it), plus the TV was at an angle on the wall so it was difficult to watch. We did not have any wash cloths in our room when we arrived. We requested maid service for our room and no one came to our room to clean it. Would not recommend or stay at this hotel again.
The facility was fine. I had two rooms for three nights. We tried to watch football on Sunday but neither TV worked. I informed the front desk and they said they had been having problems with the service for a couple of days. They never worked the entire stay. Personally I believe they never work and they want the customer to stream. The beds were comfortable but the sheets didn’t fit the mattress and you wake up on the bare mattress all night.
