The location of the hotel was convenient to many food and shopping on 3rd Avenue. Upon arrival the check in staff were gracious and professional allowing us to check in early, that was a huge benefit as we had recently left our previous hotel. They also had a system to hold our luggage if need be which we gladly utilized after check out so we didn’t have to lug the luggage when getting lunch before our flight. Hallways and elevator were uncomfortably warm. Bathroom was very hot and toilet paper holder was broken and kept falling off. Restaurant and bar were closed unexpectedly and onsite restaurant/bar was one thing that I chose to stay there for. The cart for our luggage was almost unusable. The best part was the shower head. The shower was great.
toilet was always noisy so impossible to sleep at night. the bathroom fan was not working. we said it twice on two different days they didn't come and didn't want to change rooms.
Definitely not the service this global brand was known for. Disgraceful. Finished procedure at nearby hospital, tired and on special diet. Front desk was indifferent and later did not pick up the phone either. Engineer did not know how to fix the TV and microwave. Said he’s come back and never did. Could not make dinner. No apologies, no fixing the situation. I’ll never stay there again
Terrible noise coming from other rooms. Had to change floors. Offered $100 refund which I never got
