Last day I found a bed bug in the bathroom floor! I took a picture. During checking out I told the front desk and show them the picture. Their response " oh" you already pay we are sorry. That was terrible! If you need the picture of beg bug please let me know.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER - wasn't able to check in on time (4 pm) when we had to leave for reservation within 30 minutes, nobody apologized or tried to accommodate and heard that it's their policy that we should still wait if the room is not ready at midnight. Rude staffs, lack of professionalism and customer service, will never book any location from Hilton Garden Inn.
I won’t stay again
The room was awful, no clean sheets, carpeta dirty and smelled terribly, also hair on the shower floor
rooms are very small, customer service is poor
No soap dish for bar hand soap, elevator was so slow, room was small and etc. Location was convenient
