Malfunctions observed in hotel room No. 307 Heat disable and there is a large opening in the heating device through which extreme cold enters. The temperature of the bath water does not encourage bathing
The only reason I booked here was because I need to catch a flight the next day and this hotel offered shuttle service. Waited over an hour, called five times to be picked up. There was a family with a baby waiting in the cold. I don’t think this is a reliable hotel with shuttle service.
Fairly run down property. Have stayed at many Hilton Garden Inns and this one is in need of a renovation.
I accidentally booked this hotel one week after my original intended stay. I reached out through Expedia asking for a refund( keep in mind I paid for a room twice in one day due to an error) they were not willing to do a refund. The room smelled stale and like cigarettes I was so grossed out I only stayed at this hotel for 2-3 hrs tops and I checked out. I will NEVER book with them again.
Front door stuck difficult to open and close door. Shower gel and lotion empty. Needed to be refilled. Stains on furniture chair.
I like its proximity to the JFK airport. Parking is not free and continental breakfast is not free!!! WiFi did not work after entering all my information! Makes you wonder. And most of all disappointing is the clogged sink!!!!!!! It is disgusting to watch all the debris and soap foam float around the pool of water slowly draining leaving behind dirt. Just for one night and we could not get a decent stay!!!!! Not going back there!
Requested extra set of bedding (blanket) and did not receive it. Lady at check out was rude and had an attitude. Location was not super easy to get to and parking was limited and tight with a $30 fee to park in their lot. Had loud neighbors that kept us up. Facility is very outdated. The young man who checked us into the hotel was nice and helpful
