No parking, staff could care less We got the hotel after traveling for 7 hours, to find out they did not have any on-site parking left. I was told to find parking on the street, which did not sit well with me because the area was sketchy. I ended up calling Hotels.com and they refunded my stay. We then found another hotel with on-site parking not in a sketchy area. The main reason I selected the hotel was for the parking. They should list first come first serve. Hotel 0, but Hotels.com 10

Parking is first come first served. Never heard this at any hotels in north america. Room had leaking water on floor, they changed the room but got smaller double beds for thw price of queen beds. Good luck with parking on the road, its a mess.

We made a reservation for our family of 3 to stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Queens/JFK Airport for one night on December 31, 2023. While the shuttle service from/to the airport was convenient, and the front desk staff was friendly, we give it one star for the appalling state of the room we were given, especially considering we were charged $333.60 for this 1-night stay at a place that should not be charging more than $60 as the conditions of the room were comparable to a rundown roadside motel.
