The hotel is in serious need of updating. The sheets smelled like burnt hair. The coverlet felt like sandpaper. The hours of operation of the airport shuttle are limited; that information should be shared on websites.

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, and it was more expensive (>$300) than many other hotels that were much less but much better. It smelled like mildew, it had a horrible smell in hallways, I was afraid to sleep because there might be bedbugs. If you can still do it, cancel and book another hotel. any other hotel.

No where it is mentioned that shuttle don’t run after 9:45 pm. We arrived at 8:20 pm but the immigration took longer. I called the hotel and no one told me anything about the last pick up time.

located right next to the sanitation department, smell was awful. Dirty soiled carpets, The carpet in the room dirty and wet. Overall not what we expected from Hilton

Don’t stay here!! Check in took 50 mins, poor customer service. The room was not clean, in a poor state of repair. Breakfast was terrible, no coffee or cereal, poor service too. The hotel was filthy with a terrible smell and too hot. On check out I complained but the staff were not interested.
