Water was cold. I called multiple times for replacement towels this morning and could not get anyone to show up.

Booked it because was advertised as having airport shuttle. This in fact did not run after 8pm or before 6am which for an airport hotel just does not make sense. At the least this should be made clear on the quickly available info when considering booking. Hugely overpriced for below average accommodation and added to that high taxi fees as shuttle not actually available. Feel it was mis sold

rusty old hotel Rusty bathrooms, dirty carpets. Handy cap rooms are not up to other Hilton chain specs.

The receptionist couldn’t find our reservation. We had to pay again. Was 45 minutes before we just paid again.

Nicht meine Empfehlung… Leider steht Preis und Leistung / Komfort in keinem Verhältnis zueinander. Das gesamte Hotel ist in den 70igern stehen geblieben und alles ist abgenutzt. Einzig das Bad war sauber. Der Ton an der Reception beweist leider auch keine Kundenorientierung…. Man hat das Gefühl sich für das Einchecken entschuldigen zu müssen. Eine leider sehr schlechte Erfahrung.

We picked up this specific property because it has airport shuttle The morning of our flight as we were checking out and asked when the shuttle bus leaves they said Today is is not working We had to pay 40$ extra for an Uber I expect them to deduct it from the total Which was very expensive from the start Zero reliability for this hotel!
