I thought staying near the airport made sense for convenience sake. Could not be farther from the truth. The airport shuttles don’t run during the hours advertised. Absolutely no dining options in the area. Terrible experience.

Rug damp. AC barely working. Not rollaway bed available despite Expedia website saying 3 people can be accommodated. Called to confirm late check-in and operator seemed drunk. Felt Expedia description was misleading. Otherwise I would have gotten 2 beds. We use Expedia all the time. Disappointing all around to say the least.

Everything seemed great until we got in bed and it smells so bad. My husbsnd could sleep because of the smell

I booked my stay 2 weeks prior A week prior I had a personal issue and tried to cancel. I got the run around from both Cheap Tickets and the hotel. Each said the other had to agree to cancel. I went back and forth between both parties for a few days. Then gave up. So I did not stay at the hotel and did not get a refund. The very opposite of customer service. Cheap Tickets and Hilton Terrible Really terrible

For $300 a night the hotel was very old with smelly carpet, not typical Hilton at all. The biggest disappointment was their shuttle service! The first shuttle leaves at 6:15 AM and then once an hour or two while the hotel is located so close to the airport. Totally unexpected! So plan on spending extra money for Uber or taxi. Will never stay there again, very inconvenient and not worth it!
