Not too good to be a Hilton
Check in was a nightmare. It took way too long to get people checked in and the staff avoided answering questions. There is nothing close enough to walk to. The facilities are old and dated. Will not stay here again.
Denied a room.
The room felt really old and dirty. Two of the three nights we experienced loud noises from other rooms. Overall staff (both in reception and restaurant) were friendly but it cannot fix the overall poor experience.
Very filthy room. Food debris on he carpet. Carpet was not clean
The staff was very friendly which is the only hi light of the hotel. Have to say we were disappointed in the condition of the hotel. Our room was ok, hallways were dirty, carpet was very old and smelled bad, dirty walls. The food in the restaurant is disappointing, only offered a limited buffet and food was edible but not great and expensive for what you got.
