Requested early check in as we were part of a wedding Called ahead to confirm that the room will be available only to get there after driving for 15 hours to be told we had to wait for 2 hours to get the room We sat in lobby with all our bags and finally a staff member cautioned us that the room was ready for an additional $75.00US. The A/C don’t work
Staff is not welcoming at all, the rooms are outdated and not cleaned well from previous clients. Bed sheets had stains.
Hotel needs renovations and new stuff for housekeeping t
No shuttle service after 10:00 pm and they didn't mentioned that in their website, the property need full renovation, the rate is literally over priced compared with the quality and services provided.
This is not even one star hotel the room is so bad the bathroom is terrible when we used the sink water leaked everywhere and ruined everything on top on the sink the noises that the water or AC was making made sleeping impossible add to that the bed is so uncomfortable it’s from the old age it makes so much noise to lay on it to turn on anything it was a terrible night and for sure not worth the almost 300 dollars I paid for one night
The hotel is worn out.
This hotel is old and dirty. Need to update carpets and it stink bad.
Breakfast not Included in the expensive night cost. The breakfast is about 29 dollars!
