Property was decently clean, but carpet is too old. Staff didn't seem to care. The evening crew confirmed that they had booked a taxi for us, pick up was to at 5.00 a.m but when we showed up at 5.00 a.m, we learnt that no booking was made! In addition, the gentleman we found at the reception was very cold.... It would be best if the hotel can start their shuttle service before 6.00 a.m to cater for the early flights.

Disappointing Front desk was very unfriendly at check in. Check out was more pleasant; he at least said good morning. The young man who worked in the restaurant was very friendly and helpful during breakfast.

The only reason I chose this hotel is because is near the airport and has the free shuttle service. I learned from the receptionist that this service is only available from 6am, when I asked for a ride at 5am, she said: no!, my room didn’t have bath towels and be prepared to paid big bucks for any products that you may want to purchase at this place: a small bottle of water is $3, $5 for a little bar of cough drops. Staff at the front desk no friendly it all, good luck to get an smile from them or a welcoming greeting.
