Keeps losing connection Terrible product. It works about 1/3 of the time. It is constantly saying I have to update software, and the software updates frequently fail. A waste of $100.
I use it for black/white pages only I had a color hp printer. The thing about color printers is that they use to much ink and are slow. I used this printer to print off a 700pg document in no time and barely used any ink. I never print in color so if you want to print black/white pages. Then this is for you.
Dead-short life Dead after 2.6 years even using 10 page per week
Wiil not take generic replacement Toner I refuse to buy a machine that locks me into the OEM high priced toner cartridges.

Printer won't work with 5ghz wifi network Terrible setup instructions. If you're having issues finding your wifi network, make sure to switch to 2.4ghz and not 5ghz, or the printer will not find the SSID.
