Machine stopped working exactly a year later Machine stopped working a year later. Horrible customer service and no refund or new shipment. Will not buy any other brother product EVER.
After two years of gentle use, it is dead without power. I bought it in 2019. The manufacture date is June 2019. It has been ok until last week. All of sudden it has no power with being plugged in. I tried all the ways listed on the support page but none works. What is funny is about the service center, who said I need a repair and directed me to a repair center. Crappy printer that works when it feels like it Tech support is almost non-existent. Printer randomly, and with no error messages or explanation, just stops printing. Two days later, documents come out. The latest annoyance: it only prints double-sided. There is no selection in the print driver/software that I can find to have one-sided printing. I want to throw this piece of garbage out the window!
Piece of crap Goes into sleep mode snd has to be turned off and back on to function.
Died just after a year! Stupid printer just died! Out of sudden! It won’t turn off. Good while it lasted, Buyer be aware of this disposable printer.

Disposable Buy the cheapest one you can find at any local store it will be faster and avoid buying the insurance offered at check out. It's hard as hell just to get to them if they even do help you.. Not worth your mental health!
Printed in clumps This printer must have been sitting at their warehouse for so long that the toner dried up and it would print in clumps.
