It was such a pain to set up. The network issues we just ugh. And the cartridge actually goes in the FRONT and not the back...just an FYI. The biggest pain with this printer is that when it is out of use for a while and it goes to sleep it goes offline. Good luck getting it back in 'ready' state so you can print something. I would return it if i was in the mood but i just cant deal. I am mad that i did not go with a HP instead.

I have had this less than a week and it has worked all of 5 minutes. I should have went with the HP. And no USB cord is included to help with this issue, even though the product description states that it does.

I returned for credit this machine. Twice it "threw a breaker," when I plugged it in.
Could not keep this printer connected. When it was connected it would'nt stay online then occasionally it would print all the pending jobs at one time.

Decent little B&W laser printer for the money... while it lasted. Light home use over 2 years... then dead as a door nail. No idea what happened. Tried every imaginable fix and even troubleshot with Brother product service. In the end, required in person service and repair. Past one year warranty. Disappointed in longevity and reliability. I suppose you get what you pay for. Bye Bye Brother.
