This is the second printer we have owned in this model and they have both been terrible. I will be returning this one, the print output has blank and missing areas on every single print. Also the output will easily smudge with a finger rubbed on the print on plain paper, not something that should happen with a laser printer. Bought this three weeks ago and when I went to change the toner cartridge the screen said that there was a paper jam inside. Did everything as instructed, but to no avail. Can’t use the darn thing when I need it most. Great price for a laser printer but I will be taking it to the store for exchange!
the printer had the features we were looking for however the user interface & internet inconsistencies was its downfall. it was returned.
Owned a Brother before, they didn't disappoint this time either.
still haven't figured out how to make the wireless connection work from my phone and computer. too many steps and very frustrating.
Worked with it for a couple of days and never got it to reliably connect to the network so that I could use it over wifi. Had to connect to desktop by hardwire, but after setup, I would disconnect it so that it could work over Wifi and it could rarely be found on the system. I returned it to Best Buy.
Not easy to set up. Took many tries and keeps dropping the connection.
My only issue is my computer running Windows 7 Home Premium cant find the drivers to fully utilize all the features, brother install disk won't run the software
So sick of wasting money on ink ( esp colored ink) that I rarely used !! ( never buy8 g a HP again) This Brother laser does everything I need. Scan email copy Very pleased with this choice
