Purchased and set up and connected to wifi- VERY TEDIOUS, no WPS option that I could find to connect to my router. This means you have to use an up-arrow/down-arrow method to enter your WLAN password one letter at a time which takes a while. This wouldn't be so bad if it would stay connected. Hi, the Brother HL-L2390DW constantly losing wireless connection can be frustrating. We recommend configuring the 5 GHz band to use a unique name. If you name both networks the same thing, this may cause repeated connection loss between the Brother machine and the computer. I purchased this black & white laser printer because I wanted it to do the bulk of my printing since it has wireless capability and does 2-sided printing. It was a bit difficult to install but I got thru it (I'm a retired computer professional); others will have trouble. My computer is running 64-bit Windows 10. I purchased this printer after spending endless money ink cartridges, loving this because it is toner based, does the job of printing black and white and toner last forever depending on usage
Some trouble getting printer connected to WiFi. After several tries and numerous software updates it’s now connected and working.
This is a low total cost per print black and white laser printer. I found we don’t print photos, and never need color. Since we didn’t print very often the ink jet printer ink cartridges would dry up and not work well when we needed them. This printer works well if you print a lot or a little.
No wireless find goes on sleep mode , disconnect from internet by it self hard to understand

After only 4 months of use, the printer suddenly stopped working and will not turn on. I have never dropped it or moved it from where we leave it. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.

Picked this up today. The driver and software is garbage that takes forever to set up. Even after that the printer keeps giving a mechanical error. No luck after 3 hours. Taking this back tomorrow.
