Bad quality printing Bad quality printing. Tried to reset and change the toner and ink. Still poor quality
Do Not Buy After 18 months I got the “no toner” error. This is after replacing all toner with brother toner cartridges. There is no fix. This thing is rubbish. So many users have this problem.
Cumbersome, Slow, and Inefficient Menu interface is not intuitive and requires substantial investments of time and effort to set up each time settings are changed. Print rate is horrendous, taking many minutes to load and print each page. Finally, laser cartridges don't last very long -- even less than color inkjet printer cartridges. So no, I wouldn't recommend this printer to anyone.
Arrived broken Product arrived broken, can’t get anyone on the phone to discuss the warranty. It seems like they won’t cover physical damage so now I’m $350 into this and have to pay repair costs.
Quit Working Printer was working fine then I changed the toner cartridge with a brother branded toner cartridge and it quit working.
No Toner Error and no way to fix it. 2 years ago, I thought I had purchased a nice printer. A year later the black toner ran out so I replaced it (non-OEM). That's where the trouble started. Shortly thereafter I got a "No Toner Error". After a significant amount of research and fiddling with the printer, I opted to buy a new set of toner cartridges (again non-OEM), assuming the ones I purchased were faulty... Cartrigdges that were included DO NOT FIT!!! When it ran out of ink, I tried to replace cartridge with one of the 4 that were included with the purchase. I could not get it to go in. So I went to Office Depot to get help and turned out it was the wrong size. So I had to purchase and am very disappointed with spending so much money and not knowing that the cartridges did not fit since I didn't need them for a while. Leaves roller marks Easy to use, but the print quality is terrible. I originally purchased this printer to make product labels..I’ve waisted so many labels because of the roller marks it leaves. My children also use it to print school work…Very poor print quality.
Absolutely Junk! I have had it for about a year and really tried to give it the best chance possible! It uses toner like crazy and now it won't recognize any toner I put in it. Just says No Toner! Worthless waste of money!
