Crapy Printer Do not buy this machine. I have bought two of them now. First one would not recognize a new black cartage was told the machine was faulty cant return it. Bought a new one now cant get the wireless to work on it so I can print. Dont buy this piece of crap ever.

The print quality is horrible Nothing but streaks on all of my prints from the very first use. I've taken all the cartridges out, shaken them, cleaned the excess toner off, cleaned the I've cleaned the corona wire, etc.. I've followed every maintenance solution provided by brother and nothing has worked. I really need quality prints for my business. I'm beginning to think I got a used printed marketed as new. and the window to return it is closed. Now I have to try and sell this printer to recoup some of my money to purchase... read more
Stays in error after trying to replace toner Not worth it. I never could get the printer to print again after trying to replace the cyan blue toner. There was even toner left in original one. Toner is crazy expensive that they try to sell you too.
This is the worst printer I have ever purchased. This printer is a gem! Save your money as you will go through lots of toner. That is if you can keep it out of sleep mode, long enough for it to print. And if you purchase make sure you have lots of time to call Brother's help desk to reinstall the drivers and to trouble shoot it daily. And, I hope you love hold music as you will learn all the tunes. Waster of our money We have several Brother Lasers printers and like them, but this color printer is just awful. Print quality is extremely poor, has a grey back ground on anything we print. We should have sent it back but due to our. letting the time run out, which is our fault, we just wasted our money. But don't waster YOUR money of this printer like we did!

Horrible print output The quality of the print output is horrible. Each sheet has lines and dark spots all over the paper. I’ve only used the printer maybe 20 times.
