Poor print quality in labels. Fuse does not get hot enough. This product is horrible and so is brothers customer service. It prints with poor quality and after many months of back and forth with brother and their customer service they basically tell me they can’t help and I will have to take it in to be looked at. This should have been resolved with an exchange because the printer never printed properly from the beginning. I do NOT recommend if you are using for label printing.
Bad investment Gray ink streaks across whole page every time. At first it printed great. Now not at all. Tried to find helps to correct. Cleaned every surface in the printer that didn't have "do not touch" I'd return it if I could.
Great for text. Horrible for photos. Fine for business graphics but not pictures.

Broke in less than 2 years After about 1.5 years of use this printer broke. Nothing physically broke on the printer, but it refused to print. The error message on the screen said "replace toner". So we used our replacements and switched them all out. No fix. We then bought about $100 of brand toner to replace every color, thinking that was the issue... still broken. Black Toner was recalled Purchased this printer in July 2020. Started to have some issues with the black toner right away. However toner is only warranted for 90 days. They said the black toner shouldn't be having these issues and I had to call brother customer service. They escalated my issue since I was still having printer issues. They figured out it was the black toner that came with the printer. The serial number was within the ones they've experienced issues with.
